Very clean room! Breakfast was great, coupons included for a free beer. Staff was helpful. Good location, only a 30 minute walk to the waterfront.

Great hotel, good selection for breakfast and pretty central location from the city if you don’t mind a little walk. Would definitely stay here again :)

We were on floor 8 , slopping ceiling meant you could sit up on bed, making it difficult to watch tv. Stayed as VIP guest but only got a bottle of fizz free but had to ask for it. No facility to freshen up after checkout. Cleanliness and staff excellent.

Enjoyed

Room 507 had a major bathroom issue. It flooded each time the shower was used. We were not moved to a new room until after the second night. Hotel knew the bathroom had a defect since there were already molds present in areas where the water was coming from but they still placed us in that room since they were fully booked. Another red flag was that they charged me upon check in. This is a tactic that they used so you can no longer get yiur money back. When we asked for a compensation at check out they gave an excuse that they would just email me since their manager is not in. They emailed me but only offered a 15% discount for a future stay and nothing else. Useless in my opinion since I don’t intend to come back to this hotel. My advice would be to check your bathroom well. Even the other room 317 which they moved us in had a bathroom issue (water still seeping through the shower doors), but was minor as compared to the first room they placed us in. A/C in the room was fine. Breakfast was also ok.

The room were pleasant

Yes the room was clean and the staff were great.

The staff at Reception were very welcoming and went out of their way to help explain how the public transport system works and how to reach the main sites of intetest.

Bed was comfortable, modern furnishings and modern bathrooms. Close to public transport Air con worked Good selection at breakfast and plenty of tables to sit at. I thought the plates could have been larger- all the plates were side plates, which seemed odd.

Great location. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Convenient location. Walking distance from metro and shops.
