Everything was great

Disappointed for the price I paid and how items in the room were old and outdated

Nice place to stay, and it is pretty close to the main attractions in Seattle.

Spacious room

Arrived at the hotel and check-in was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:20pm which was frustrating. They don’t have an ice machine, fyi. When we got to our room we had to request our blanket to be changed because it appeared to have a stain/blood on it. Our bathroom mirror was also very dirty. It looked like it was foggy from steam but it was just super streaky from not being clean, so we had to wipe it ourselves. We were also double charged the $75 ‘incidental hold’ fee and they said it would be reimbursed but not for 5-20 days which is not convenient considering it was their error. They also would not compensate or discount us based on our room not being ready on time or the room not being clean.

AC did not work when we checked in

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was ok. Parking is expensive.

Our room was nice and the breakfast was great. They had transportation to the cruise port for us.

The hotel was nice and clean, but hard to find. Seattle has alot of directional challenges. Just beaware when looking for it. Breakfast was good and they haf alot of seating. We were able to get a ride to the cruise port through the hotel. We will stay here again.
