Enjoyed our one night stay there

There was no Microwave in the room or on the floor.

Nice stay. Comfortable bed! Clean. I didn't use any of the amenities. Night before flight.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower wouldn’t switch from bath to overhead. The A/C worked but was super noisy.

There was no shuttle to the hotel so we ended up getting an Uber, which cost us $40 to go 1.6 miles from the airport. The rooms were dirty. There was hairs on my bed and you could see the room hadn't been vacuumed by the edges of the room. There was balls of dust. We arrived on Sunday, tied from a long flight from California 6 AM flight only to be told that the restaurant is closed and handing some menus to Phone in dialing while I was there I witnessed an elderly couple who were all confused I wanted to make a few calls, but the music was too loud in the common room. I asked him if they could kindly enter it down as there was no one else in there, but that didn't happen either. I asked if there was any water in the room and they said no so I spent $30 on water.. will not be going there in a hurry. I would like a refund a full refund, please.

No breakfast unlike most hotels and staff was terrible very rude will not stay again

The food in the dining room was wonderful and much better than we expected!

The hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation, saying they were sold out and couldn’t find any record of it despite my showing my email confirmation. They did find me a room at the nearby Fairfield Inn. And I am still awaiting a response and refund from Hotels.com. Very disappointing all around.

I had no complaints.

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant – we were very disappointed to find out that it is closed on Mondays, which is the day we got there and had nowhere to eat after a long drive – the people at the Front Desk helped us to get some takeout– the website should note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays
