매우 훌륭해요 What a great find. We were in town for part of my wife's Birthday Celebration. The Hyatt House was excellent. We stayed 4 days. The complimentary breakfast, free parking, and a well maintained room made for an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maria, Vince, Michael, and Diego all rated 5 stars. All of the other staff we met were just as friendly and welcoming. Yes, we will stay at this property again. DW/SW

만족해요 Our room was very clean and recently renovated. It was quiet when it was time to sleep. The breakfast was convenient and they had a lot of options. Our room needed some maintenance. The toilet when flushed made a very high-pitched whistle that was quite loud. The pocket door in the bathroom was difficult to open and close. The second bedroom's door was difficult to open. At one point, we weren’t sure was going to open. The day we were there the hot tub was not working. Overall, it was a good place for a night Sleep and a great price.

그저 그래요 The night staff member that checked me in was rude. I waited for him to finish stocking items in their store and he seemed annoyed I was checking in at about 10:30. The hotel does not have elevators, the two rooms and sofa bed was not worth carrying 5 people worth of luggage to the third floor. The staff member was happy to point that out there was no elevators as well. The AC did not work in one of the rooms either. If you are comparing this hotel to another one, don't choose this one.

Breakfast was great. Loved that they gave us a bottle of water each day. Only n native was the freezer in room 1813 was noisy.

I would have loved more of a buffet style breakfast like with a bunch of different items to choose from, but it was good. I appreciated it. It was nice and the staff was very nice and polite and very helpful I will definitely go back.
