Room was small, but clean. Breakfast not very good. Staff friendly and efficient.

Dis-satisfied, accidental emergency booking could not cancel within first 10 minutes of booking it. They ignored this website's advocate reaching out to them.

clean and fresh

It was a nice hotel. Easy to get around and into the city. Ice machine on our floor was broken and the elevator was a little slow. Breakfast was very good! All in all would stay here again!

Excellent value for the price.

Very good price for Brooklyn and convenient amenities all around. The R train is not my “favorite” but it gets you to Manhattan. For a quick, easy stay this is way better than air b an b dealing with unknown “hosts”. At least here you can complain. Rooms are small but nice mattresses and pillows. Clean and good amenities.

Love the free breakfast, love the customer service at the front desk and other staff. Decent area, close to public transportation. My only complaint is that the tv did not work very well.
