훌륭해요 My housekeeper Gloria was wonderful. She kept my room clean everyday she was there. She had conversations with me and she asked about my child. One of the hotels the USATF chose for the Nationals Junior Olympics Championship 26.

매우 훌륭해요 Ok firstly and foremost the facilities were well maintained and very clean and organized. Now the staff from maid on up made me and my family feel like we mattered. They all treated us with kindness, professionalism and the highest quality of hospitality I've seen. I say that as someone who has worked in a 5-star Hotel myself.
It had been 42 years since I visited Los Angeles and the stay at the Holiday Inn La Mirada made it very special. Thank you all from the staff at the front desk; the staff in the restaurant, the small shop adjacent to the front desk and the nice maid who indulged my request for some bags for ice with the most welcoming smile! Thank you all!!! I highly recommend every one of them and the establishment they work in to anyone traveling to Los Angeles. Oh and btw, even the nightly rate at the last minute was affordable!!!

만족해요 We had a water leak in the bathroom, we reported it to the front desk And left for the day when we got back, we asked the front desk if the issue was resolved they stated that there was no ticket or record of the issue, and she clearly stated that it must have been resolved. When we got back up to the room, the leak was still happening and it looked as if nobody had even came in to check. Our stay was only for four days. We reported the leak on Saturday and it continued until our checkout without any staff coming to check.

훌륭해요 Room 709
2nd Holiday Inn in two weeks, and I must say I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
Very spacious room with updated decor.
Liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave.
Appreciated the small, thoughtful items —the “nightlight” of the bathroom mirror, the over of the door peephole, the numerous available outlets/chargers at each table lamp bedside.
I also think it’s great that there are vending machines and guest washers and dryers available!
