I love this hotel! This is my go to when in Rio, which is quite often. The staff is my favorite part, I now have great friends there! Lol the rooftop pool is spectacular, along with the beautiful restaurant. And the breakfast space is so incredible with the best views ever!!! Perfect location, beautiful views, and I love it! The addition of having their own specific area on the beach with a bar, towels, and free chairs and umbrellas is amazing! highly recommend!!

그저 그래요 Llegamos temprano en un vuelo de 8 horas desde EEUU pedí entrada temprano y la negaron , pedí una mejor habitación tampoco las cafeteras del desayuno no funcionaban y las tostadoras horribles y el día de la salida los elevadores llenos terminamos bajando 6 pisos con las maletas por las escaleras . El cuarto estaba limpio pero los exteriores del hotel falta de mantenimiento y de cuidar a los huéspedes VIP o Gold .

Great location and fantastic views, hard to beat for the setting. The building is a bit dated and the maintenance could be kept up a bit better, but apart from that it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.
One tip: upgrade to a luxury room for the VIP check-in and check-out, and have breakfast/brunch up on level 30 rather than level 3. Level 3 looked like a bit of a zoo, whereas level 30 is far more relaxed. Well worth it.

We stayed at this hotel in Copacabana, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area was okay, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the shower was especially frustrating and in need of improvement.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, and that was definitely the highlight. Being in such a great area made it convenient to enjoy everything Copacabana has to offer. With better attention to cleanliness and room maintenance, this hotel could be a much better experience.
