Great overall but parking expensive

Kind, helpful staff, it felt clean and safe

I was attending a conference at Northeastern University and it was a convenient walk to the campus. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning and the stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Good experience!! Thank u

Clean room with great air conditioning. Kitchen had a few nice touches like salt and pepper and an empty jug for water. Nice size with a place to eat and separate couch area. Nice breakfast spread with different hot dishes each day.

Be careful the room you book. It appears we didn’t get what we selected. The ‘king size bed’ was definitely not king size. The shower did not have an adjustable showerhead as described and there was no separate bedroom. Although we got pre-continental breakfast that was included with our booking, the lack of seating was a concern as we had to stand and wait for people to leave before we can sit, or grab an extra chair. The bagels or toast or food wasn’t really available once it was done, the coffee was empty and wasn’t refilled till after we even ate. Some of the folks at the front desk were on their phone way too much and there wasn’t very much customer service. I think the guys at valet were the nicest of anyone. Will certainly not be staying there again and will be writing to corporate for sure.

Room was clean and the parking on the street was very accessible. That was probably one of the biggest advantages - easy street parking if you have a car. (Free on the weekends, otherwise 2 hours on weekdays before moving to another location on the street.)

Room was lovely, neighborhood was nice, and breakfast was a good selection.

This residence has excellent kitchen supplies and it is clean. The Tropical grocery store is conveniently in walking distance. Just across the street. Copley Square Convention Center is only one short bus ride & one metro stop away. A 30 minute trip to the Logan airport shuttle.

The room facing the main street tended to be noisy due to traffic, including buses and vehicles playing loud music. That said, it’s otherwise a solid hotel with good value. Free street parking is available nearby if you prefer to avoid the hotel’s expensive parking fees.
