Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Each room from our group had dirty carpets and other furnishings with large spots left uncleaned. Breakfast price is ridiculous as is the hotels dynamic pricing structure surrounding events in the city.
Hotel is situated near the UBahn which was a good option to use during our stay.

Great location, nice staff, but the rooms were not as clean as one would expect for a Pullman Hotel.

Good all round really. Nothing to complain about at all but nothing outstandingly amazing either. Solid.

We enjoyed the spa in particular. We had a comfortable night's sleep and enjoyed the coffee in the morning.

Thank you!
