Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow.
However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom.
I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality.

그저 그래요 The property denied any relation with Expedia. I could not stay at this location and that is the reason I booked Taj Deccan the same date. Pls look into it and process my refund. I’m not able to get in touch with Expedia.

Lobby filled with cigarette smell, 1 out of 3 rooms which I booked didn’t meet expectations, faucet wasn’t working, room wasn’t serviced before I checked-in, have to ask for toiletries the moment I checked-in. Breakfast buffet could’ve been better for 3-star rated property.
