매우 훌륭해요 Great place to stay! Especially liked the rooftop terrace for Breakfast and in the evenings! Staff was friendly and helpful. Very walkable area and close to some of the major sites! Would stay here again!

The check-in at 3 p.m. was very efficient, however, if you arrive into Florence earlier, there is nobody at reception before that time for you to leave your bags.
The breakfast was very nice, all self-service, but everything was left out nicely.
The roof terrace is open at night which is lovely to go and sit after dinner and have the Duomo right in front of you, amazing! The only thing I would suggest is to have lights on the terrace at night and also some cushions for the chairs.

We were blown away by the customer service here. From the communication in advance of our stay, to the extremely helpful desk staff, every effort was made to help us have an incredible stay. The location is excellent, even though the street gets innocently rowdy at night. We also adored the terrace that overlooks the duomo and so much more. Our room itself was quaint and clean.

Staff was very friendly and responsive when we thought we would miss our check in time and worked with us on how to access their facility after hours! They also helped with securing a taxi. Location was great. Loved learning about the history of the property. Great selection of breakfast items to get your day started. Short walks to the Accamedia and Duomo Dome. Best views of the city and sunsets from their roof top terrace! Would stay here again!

Amazing place and location. So quiet in area. Breathtaking views from terrace. Million dollar views. Sunset was amazing. A/C was also amazing after a hot day exploring Florence. Clean place. Got upgraded as well without charge.

This hotel is in a magnificent building well preserved and with amazing decor. The rooms are confortable and extremely clean. The roof terrace is magnificent with an amazing view on the cathedral. The breakfast was great the the staff very kind and helpful.
The hotel is very well located at a short distance to most of the attractions. We had a double room with two bathrooms for two nights and will certainly come back to the same hotel if decide to visit Florence again.

Our experience was really good. Perfect location. Amazing building. Friendly people. All what we missed was coffee in the room. Cattle was there, many brands of tea but no coffee.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was so incredibly kind and this beautiful place made the stay. The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick walk to about everywhere you’d want to go in Florence. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet although being so close to such a busy part of town. What really made the stay was the STUNNING rooftop. You cannot beat the view that this hotel gives you, our last night there we grabbed some dinner to go and enjoyed a beautiful evening. You cannot beat everything this place gives you for the price! Would recommend and will definitely be back!
