Beautiful hotel and clean. There must be a roof leak because there were black rings in the ceiling of our room and had a wet smell. Staff was very friendly and helpful but we had to walk a ways to catch a Tuk Tuk. Restaurant food was good as well.

The hotel staff was amazing. They upgraded our room to an ocean front with deck. The breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable, and staff was always available to help us with any questions we had. A special thank you to Pham Phanna for your making our stay vreat!

Lights fixtures bathrooms AC all need upgrade
Staff should have some who speak English
Bathrooms behind reception very dirty
Not worth the amount charged at all
Needed taxi to go to the pier for boat ride : the reception person did not understand that we needed to check out at 8 am .
Took 2 tuk tuks
Overcharged : double the regular fare .
Very bad experience overall

Great Hotel next to the Beach
I really liked how the design with modern style hotel. The new management come from their professional way with warm greeting us upon arrival, Another special to share is the buffet breakfast with plenty of choices both Asian and Internal cuisine. this hotel is next to the beach and we can see a very beautiful seaside view and amazing experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Sihanoukville!
