The hotel was mazing. We are a family of 5 and had 2 rooms booked. They were immaculate, very clean and well maintained. Anything we needed in the rooms was immediately attended to, even with questions about local issues the staff at reception were extremely pleasant.
The location was perfect, close to everything and yet away from noise. It was safe at all hours and had a lot of food options right outside which was great for late night snacks. The breakfast was of a very high standard.

Spa wa very good and the hotel location also.
I have one issue that the room service forgot to do somethings in my room like bedspread, toilet Paper, vacuum the Room.

Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something.
Hotel staff are the core of services and they need much better training.
