The public toilet at reception was not clean at all.
Lot of flies in the breakfast area.
We booked room for 3 and there was one table fan. It was hot. Needed to ask for table fan for each guest.

Great location, near to railway station. Of management interested to have fully booked daily (to use manpower effectively) then they must provide following services as free / complimentary
1. Porter service at railway station to bring customer’s luggage if they have booking
2. Atleast 2 big bottle of still water per day per room
3. Effective Air condition services
Room sizes are very less, one can say compact.

그저 그래요 I’m disappointed with the property. I was given the first floor. Note I made the booking in February 2026. I requested multiple times higher floor. The room was outdated red carpet , bathroom small and not that clean.

Absolutely stunning views and bar. Impeccably maintained old world charm. All of the staff was attentive and lovely. The breakfast buffet filled me up for a day of hiking and easy access to the trains.

The room was outdated with NO AIR CONDITIONING. The location was nice, but for the price we paid we couldn’t enjoy our stay at all.

그저 그래요 The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over 1000 Francs a night to be here and the management doesn’t at least carry a few AC units for elderly or families with babies. Unfortunately, for me and my family, this ruined our trip to Interlaken. My advice, if you are going to Interlaken in the summer and it’s hot make sure to ask if the hotel has AC.
