Great location. Clean room and friendly staff

Property is nicely located near city center and several tram stops nearby, but on quiet street.

For a hotel that claims to be 5 star, it’s 3 star at best. No other amenities, just a breakfast bar, even something as simple as daily restock of a bottle of still water is not free. Nothing wrong with being 3 star, it’s just misleading claiming 5 star with no basis for that

Beautiful huge room with views over the river. Staff were friendly & helpful. 10 min walk to Charles bridge and the old town. Highly recommend this hotel we had a really comfortable stay.

The staff were lovely but this is not a 5 star hotel. The room was tired and lacking maintenance. We had room 608b - a junior suite. There was a loose tile in the bathroom leaving a gap in the side of the bath wall. The right side sink didn't drain properly. The shower door had mould all along the seals. There was a slight smell of damp and drainage in the bathroom, which our friends in room 607 had too. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. The pillows felt old and lumpy. The duvet was very skinny and the bedding and towels felt thin and hard and cheap/basic. Towels were on the small side and had long lost their fluffiness. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. None of the things would normally bother me but as this was meant to be a 5 star hotel in junior suite I was really disappointed. If this were advertised as a 3 start hotel, or even 4 star I would not mind, especially for the price. But considering this, I have rated it poor as it was a poor experience of a 5 star suite.

Rooms were amazing. Location perfect.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well located if you don't mind a little walking. One thing we missed was a place to have a drink in a hotel bar for example, but otherwise can't fault it
