Friendly staff, nice breakfast, rooms are a bit old, I had some trouble with my AC.

Published as 4-1/2 star property but in reality it’s a 3 star Breakfast was mediocre, plentiful but low quality of fruits and vegetables. Rooms ample but outdated. Bathroom not a 4 star property Well located in center of Prague and close to line A subway / train very convenient Plenty of restaurants around in the area. Price reflect a 3 star accommodation.

Good hotel in a good location.

It’s in the heart of the city but it wasn’t too loud. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. My room itself was clean and spacious for one & the bed was comfy. I added breakfast on for myself and it was good the first day but felt a bit stagnant the rest of my stay but that’s continental breakfast I suppose. There are plenty restaurants around if you want to switch it up!

The hotel is located in an excellent area just a one-minute walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of shops, and restaurants and about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and Charles Bridge. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with any question or request. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied exactly what you need to start your day on a great note. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell, but we were able to improve it by opening the windows. The hotel is located above a strip club; when the windows are open, there is music and party noise until 5 in the morning.

The lacation was very good. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We arrived about lunchtime and were able to check in early. The room was absolutely fine and had a good number of coat hangers. Breakfast was good. We liked the location because we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We used the historic tram one day which stops about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
