I loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful, attentive, professional, and informative. My room was very clean and nice and cool before I walked in, they have the AC turned on 24/7 to keep the room comfortable. I also loved joking around with the staff; they were really good-natured about it. One important thing to remember: because it’s located by Hoan Kiem Lake, the road is closed from Friday at 7:00 PM until Sunday at midnight. If you don't want to walk a distance to get to your hotel, just make sure to arrive earlier on Friday. There are so many activities to try nearby, like massages, city tour buses, or just walking around the lake. I’ll definitely recommend this place to any of my friends traveling to Hanoi in the future.

Everything was good They need a little improvement with communication. I booked a 16 seaters van pickup from airport but somehow I was misunderstanding where to meet a driver. It took too long for them to respond to my message. I have to take 2 different minivan to hotel instead. Most of the party was my mistake not familiar with the surroundings. But I wish they can be prompt to my message. Thank you

Great hotel and wonderful staff

Just walk distance to hoan Kiem lake and the old District. Staff is very helpful and nice. Most rooms are big and comfortable.

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough. The staff were unbelievably helpful throughout my two stays at the hotel. I had originally booked just one night at the Imperial as was heading straight off to Ninh Binh, however, the very comfortable room, amazing staff, delicious breakfast and fantastic spa meant I rebooked another 2 nights when I returned to Hanoi after my travels. I cannot recommend this place enough. Its in a brilliant location and the staff cannot be more helpful.

2nd visiti here - staff are lovely, breakfast is good. Room was dark with no windows.

Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite was the location, we were able to walk outside and everything was right there. A block up from the popular note café.

Internet was ok. Breakfast was very good and fresh.
