Elevator didn’t work to go down only to go up. Overpriced for the quality of property. Proximity to space needle was good. Building slightly run down but was a place to sleep. Staff was helpful.

Perfect location near Target Field and Target Stadium

The place is in need of a remodel. That is my one and only complaint. The rooms were very outdated with some small holes in bathroom and warped floor and wall paper. The beds were clean and comfortable and ac worked. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and if that wasn’t available they would have held our luggage till then. They did have a shuttle to pier for an amount per person. We took a taxi because we had 6 people and it was cheaper because of amount of people we had with us. Location was awesome and plenty of restaurants to choose from and space needle easy to walk to. Overall I would stay again for a night.

Room 212 with 2 queen beds was small, with one bed almost blocking the entrance. It’s as if this room was meant for a single bed but two were squeezed in. Shampoo conditioner bottom was placed near the bathroom sink when it should be soap, and the soap was in the shower. Shower stall floor tile appeared dirty/stained. We stayed here only for the convenience of being near the Soace Needle and nearby attractions.

Hotel was old and dirty, elevators not working.

Super old building, outdated rooms and bathroom, refrigerator didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t lock. Elevator was out of service. Needs improvement ASAP. Perfect location though!

They did the best they could with what they had. The location was 10/10.

Conveniently located property but the place itself needs to be updated. The hall carpets look dingy, our room toilet seat was chipped and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. Not a horrible place. Will be excellent if/when updated. Also, as of last year, 2025, no more grab and go breakfast. The price and central location will persuade me to return in the future.

Great stay! We added a night onto our trip. We wanted an outdoor pool which is hard to find in Seattle. The pool exceeded our expectations. The hotel is older and could use some updating but the staff was great and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pleased with our stay!
