Clean, comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast buffet. Views from rooms where amazing. Close to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and pool area could use a refresh but overall a great stay. This made our canceled flight experience a bit better :-)

We wanted to make our anniversary special, so we chose this hotel for its location, pools and mention of a restaurant. Everything was prepared beautifully. I truly wish I remembered the names of the staff or had written them down. There was an older gentleman and a woman with braces in the restaurant that were so incredibly attentive and kind. There was a woman with glasses and a gentleman with facial hair at the front desk that were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made this location an 11/10. We could not be happier with the level of service provided. I could not imagine a better stay in Madeira.

Best place ever!!

I can’t rave enough about this place! It was the most luxurious vacation I’ve ever been on. From the views to the food, not to mention the absolutely amazing staff (shoutout to Claudia, you absolute angel) you will not be disappointed. In fact, you’re missing out if you don’t choose Albatroz!

If you're going to Madeira Island this the place to stay. Great staff, large rooms with an ocean view and a very good restaurant.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Airport transfer included at a time to suit us. Weather was bad so we couldn’t try the pools or tennis court but all looked nice

Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. Thanks for the complimentary bow of fruits delivered to our room and a litre of drinking water. They also offered an airport transport which is a big bonus.
