The room is clean. The hotel is old and worn as there are many guests here. The location is very convenient, super close to metro and bus. You can walk to supermarkets. The staff is nice and busy all the time. The check-in and check-out have to be done on the machine. It is a bit clunky. The room is smaller than in the photo. It is good for value and short term stay.

Great place for the $$

The breakfast was very fresh, parking was safe but you had to pay extra which is reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen facility is inadequate for the size of hostel and number of people wanting to use it. It is accessed through getting a key and is a small galley kitchen- suitable for one family/person to cook at a time but when I used it, 3 other groups also wanted to do so. It is not possible to pop in and get something into the fridge or cook and then do you dishes later (freeing it up for someone else to use it while you eat) as you have to pay a deposit to get the key. Freindly enough staff.

In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand „privates Badezimmer“ welches aber nicht in direkter Anbindung zum Zimmer sondern in einem Vorraum aufzufinden war. Von außen nicht abschließbar was es dem Zimmernachbarn welcher den selben Vorraum nutze ermöglicht hat dieses Badezimmer auch zu nutzen. Auf Nachfrage meinte das Personal das ja jeder weiß wem welches Bad gehöre und dann auch dementsprechend dieses nutzen sollte. Was in unserem Fall leider nicht funktioniert hat. Also bestanden wir auf ein neues Zimmer. Dieses hatte dann ein Bad direkt im Zimmer. Leider war dies so elendig dreckig, das wir uns erneut beschwert haben. Das Personal von der Rezeption entschuldigte sich und bemühte sich sehr, was auch das einzig positive an dem ganzen Hotel war. Ich bin mit wenig Erwartungen ins Hotel gegangen und trotzdem wurde ich enttäuscht. Ein billiges Hotel sollte nicht unhygienisch heißen. Nie wieder.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and the hotel was very clean

Cancellation without reason

Everything was great. Our group was pleased.

Elevator was not working. Bathrooms were not working. Coffee machines were not working. Check-in was a hassle. I complained to reception on several occasions to fix the bathroom but it wasn’t taken care of the entire floor smelled like poop. The entire staff was rude and not helpful except for Basem and the Kind Indian girl at the reception. My stay was very unsanitary and I would never stay here again. I request a refund.
