It was a very nice stay. Staff were very nice.

It was a pleasant room, with a public baths on the top floor. It was only one minute walk from the train station and was conveniently located.

Seems like a new hotel very close to the station with fabulous rooftop spa.

This place is in the middle of nowhere! If you think you are going to see the deer at nara, forget it! No tea or coffee in room and breakfast does not cater for westerners- bed was comfortable

I would not recommend this hotel. Over the past six weeks I have stayed in over 9 hotels across Japan. This hotel charges luxury prices, but provides basic accommodation and service. The rooms are small with modular bathrooms. Accessories are provided in single unit pouches. No coffee or tea service. You can receive only 2 instant coffee bags per day of bad coffee. The towels are frayed. Very little thought into providing up scale service.

This is a great location, especially if coming by train. The location is at the train station, but an easy walk to many historic sites.

Bathroom door is translucent, not convenient to use. Other then that, clean and new hotel.

First of all, this hotel is remarquable for the beauty of the very contemporary onsen on the top, outside as well as inside The hotel is very design in every single detail like the elevator for example. However, the room is pretty small with no real place for the suitcases. But we appreciate very much our terrasse wich is as big as the room itself with a view on the mountains afar. The hotel is facing the train station, wich is very useful for escapades in the area. It was the first stop of our trip, perfect to recover from the jetlag.
