My family and I had a nice stay. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping malls, food options, and a temple right on Beijing Road. The condo is quite spacious and perfect for a big family. The washing machine has a dryer function, but I had a bad experience trying to dry my laundry. It took two hours to dry no matter how many clothes were inside, even though the machine's display showed 1 hour.

Room is very big and spacious. There is daily housekeeping and cleanliness is ok but property is old. The lifts are also very slow. But the location is great, with 3 minutes walk to Beijing road

Air conditioning had no issues, you need to read Chinese to understand how to use. Did not use the laundry machine but it does have a drying function after wash
