I loved the hotel and everything about it!! The only thing that threw me off about this hotel is we were 4 families staying at this hotel and we all spent a lot of money, but they would call at 8am asking for 80€ for a charge or whatever Eventho we still had one more night to stay!! Thays the only thing my entire family was complaining about because they did this to literally everyone there!! Other than that everything was great!!

The views from the hotel were amazing. You have great ocean and cliff views from the bar, dinner restaurant, and breakfast balcony.

The staff were so helpful with arranging transportation and helping us navigate Sorrento.

Pool was a little chilly but we went April 20th so its hard to complain. Staff were amazing. Food was incredible. The shuttle was great and very helpful. It drops you off where all the excursions start. My only regret is spending more time in Rome than at this hotel.

Bellissimo

The room was substandard especially considering the cost of about $500 per night (plus $50 parking). Beware the ‘partial sea view’ category - it required walking to a high window to see the sea. The name is Hotel Corallo Sorrento but it is not located in Sorrento! The choice to get to the shopping area in town was either wait for a shuttle-bus or walk for half an hour (without a view of the sea). Our bathroom was outdated when compared to our stays at 5 other hotels on this trip. There was not even a mirror in the main room. During a storm something(s) loose on the roof made a loud banging noise - all night. On the positive side, meals and service in the dining areas were excellent!

Convenient

Great location spectacular views, walking distance to main town, but also convenient shuttle. Lobby, pool and dining areas for food or just cocktails have amazing views. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, good shower and good air conditioning and plenty of shelves and storage in bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Food staff were amazing in accommodations for food allergies. Staff overall were very nice. Bathrooms need some renovation but room view that we had was amazing. Beds are double which I wish were a queen. They have a shuttle service to the bus terminal which is great but would like a few more time options during the later part of the evening as we had to walk back one evening and it was 30 mins
