Perfect location with all the special touches of staying at a friends flat. Definitely recommend for people who can climb stairs

We had a wonderful stay with the ideal location, ease of check in and out. We will definitely use these apartments again. You're doing a great job BOB W team!

Was sold on the idea of the signature penthouse apartment that failed to deliver. Reality was an expensive and tired room, only thing going for it was the location. The bedding was heavily stained, walls were grimy particularly around the bed. Crockery was chipped. Bathroom vanity unit coming apart. Fridge door hard to use as was coming off. Balcony door wouldn't close properly. Area around bed space insufficient, in fact a bad layout of whole room. Had a great tv that was blocked by a large dining table and 4 chairs so you could only see it whilst sitting at the table. The private sunloungers on balcony were unusable as soaked and covered in red bugs. Paid a large amount for 2 nights and only got left a small amount of toilet roll. None of the experience felt anything like a signature penthouse should do!

Excellent location, just a minute from Ponte Vecchio and other attractions. Kitchen is a plus.

Beautiful property and great central location. This was close to everything! Enrico was so kind and so hospitable, even providing information on venues, pharmacies and even an urgent care for emergencies. Highly recommended

The size was amazing. Bedroom is quote small hit balcony was amazing.

Great location and amenities!

This was a great place to stay! It was set up well, extremely clean and in a great location! Check-in & check out were very easy. Very quick response from the owner. The only issue was the foul smell in the bathroom. The owner quickly responded that it’s from the Italian pipes, which I do know happens, I lived Italy many years ago. They did offer us to move rooms, but unfortunately, by the time we tried other things, it was close to us checking out. Also, the smell was prominent when you came in the front door into the hallway.

Great location and easy communication

Location was great. We had a room facing the street and it was a bit loud at night.
