So enjoyable, beyond expectations. Privacy & solitude in such a luxurious surround. Waatu is a must & Sundays is a delight 🏝️ Room service cocktails in the pool, perf 👌 Hospitality by all staff was exceptional, they’re so much fun Can’t wait for the next Ungasan escape.

The room was clean and the service crew were b helpful but think this resort is better doe bigger group who would want to spend more time together in the common areas in the big villa because there is no area or chair where a person or couple could sit comfortably and enjoy tv in the villa room except from the bed.

Just beautiful. We stayed in the ocean view, plunge pool room and the view was stunning. The service was impeccable throughout the whole stay. We ate at Sundays, breakfast and dinner and the food was so fresh and healthy. We loved The Ungasan! We’ll be back!

Magical, need two days just to explore and enjoy the property!

Lovely setting and location, very poor service - basically you are a second class guest as all the proprety management cares about are wedding organized on site - so no access to bar / restaurant / swimming pool througout most of the day if wedding is there (in my case three days out of three)

Not the level of luxury you'd expect for the $600-$800 a night paid. Daily breakfast not up to par. Service, including concierge, does not meet expectations!

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and I didn't want to leave. The resort is absolutely stunning and the staff are so friendly and professional. We stayed in the master bedroom in Villa Nora, it was spacious, always clean and had a post card view of the ocean below. The Ungasan definitely has the attention to detail mastered. Access to Sundays Beach Club was great our butler booked us sun beds and lunch most days. Every meal we had at the Ungasan and Sundays was delicious and had large portion sizes. The resort grounds are immaculate and there are butterflies and little birds everywhere. I could go on forever about how much I love this place and we will definitely be back!

It need to improve the services and food! Private beach isn't so private as there outsiders coming in all the time.
