Small, friendly and lovely hotel, a couple of minutes’ walk from Sam Yot MRT station but quiet (especially the rooms at the back) and peaceful. The street it is on also has a bakery, steamed bun shop, 7-11 and fantastic local food stalls/restaurants. There are lots of road works outside and around the park next door (as of July 2026); getting to the station will be a delight when they are gone. Meanwhile, the central but not-too-busy road is a great place to wait for a bolt/grab. The pool is small but a comfortable temperature in an (outdoor) courtyard. Gym has a running machine and a couple of other pieces of equipment in a small room overlooking the pool, but the aircon had been off in there and it was sweltering. Rooms are recently decorated, clean and well appointed - including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Guests are given two free bottles of water per day. Strangely, they are limited to one roll of thin toilet paper per day. After a noon checkout, we were allowed to use the pool and shower at the open poolside before a late departure for onward travel. However there is no dedicated shower room, eg connected to the gym, that you might find in larger hotels. Plan to stay again during our next visit to Bangkok.

Beautiful place with kind friendly staff and delicious food which was very reasonably priced for a hotel!

The hotel is very well maintained. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent is in the old town. Walkable to see many interesting places near by. The staffs very polite and helpful. Overall good experience to stay at this hotel.

Les employés nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup d’attention et ont été aimable et serviable tout au long du séjour. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le déjeuner le matin; nous débutions la journée du bon pied! L’hotel était très beau et bien entretenue. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise tout au long de notre séjour.

the hotel was everything you could want and more; incredibly clean and spacious, with all the amenities you would want including toiletries, towels, hairdryer, iron + board. but to be honest, what elevated our stay was the staff going above and beyond; they upgraded our room which was so nice in and of itself, but also when we left behind some items of high sentimental value to us, they coordinated with me how to get my items back. the staff are so friendly and willing to help, which really adds to how welcome we felt here. thank you for the stay at your hotel, and especially to the incredible staff you have.

Me hicieron sentir como una princesa de principio a fin. La atención del personal fue muy amable y de gran ayuda, las instalaciones y la habitación excelentes con muchas amenidades. Había reservado la habitación premium y me dijeron que tenía up grade me dieron otra más amplia. Me gustó mucho que te dan la opción de no cambiar las sábanas con una hojita que dejas en la cama para cuidar el medio ambiente. También tiene muy buena ubicación para llegar a lugares turísticos y de buena comida. Me volvería a hospedar si volviera a Bangkok. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por tan buen trabajo. Lo único malo es que a mí parecer, piden mucho dinero como depósito, así que es mejor preguntar cuánto es el total del depósito por todos los días que vas a estar hospedado y prevenir.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Definitely a serene oasis that has all the comforts. Great food as well!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY WE GOT A GOOD STAY EXPERIENCE THE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS Rooms, EXCELLENT DEcOR & THc FRIENDLY STAFF. ONE MATTER TO BE NOTED IS THE LOCATION THe PLACE is in the Quieter P art of the old town. So if you are ok with not seeing a lively street in the nights or even the Day, then this location will work for you. The MRT station is close by So you can reach anywhere via MRt or BTS except the partof old town like the khaosan Road, and some such. It is not a cheap hotel unlike the many ones that Thailand is famous for, but it delivers what it Promises for the price it charges. I would gladly come back here

Excellent hotel, great quality stay

The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and well kept. This hotel has more of a local feel than the big chains and is very well located for temples and palace.
