Very good

I travelled with my daughter and was terrified about how unsafe it would be - but the doormen were so accommodating and professional - especially Pi Piramit! Such a fatherly figure and there was another young doorman who gave a flower to my daughter to put in her hair! Katherine who checked us in was also professional and patient in her demeanor and explained about how to get around the huge compound. What we really enjoyed was the two pools, one had a kiddy slide that adults up to 90kg can ride and my daughter loved it! The other pool (Oceanside) overlooks the ocean in the morning and sunset in the evenings where a fire show with fireworks happens once the pool closes at 7pm! You can also order food from the restaurant and enjoy the pool (kindly note: no lifeguards are present so watch your kids!) If you like a stay that is scenic, luxurious and near to Patong Beach - this is it - tuktuks are about 300 baht each way :) The nearest mall is Jungceylon and there are a lot of massage places nearby that is more affordable by 100 baht than Old Phuket Town. 45 mins to Phuket Central - just remember not to travel during peak periods to avoid jams but everything is walkable with Erawan Zipline and ATV just 5-10 mins away! I do not regret a moment staying with Diamond Cliff!

This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!

The property was really clean and the staff was great! They cleaned everyday, had a shuttle that came very quickly. The food could’ve been better but not bad at all.

Nice large property with 2 swimming pools that were very clean. The breakfast was very good too.

Nice upgrade with ocean view. Very helpful staff, clean, short walk into Patong Beach. Also a shuttle bus, pool…. It’s got it all 👍

All inclusive was not all inclusive. You get coupons and have to eat off different menu. Staff acted stupid about coupons. Ruined the stay there. They should have refunded money for coupons. I gave them back and told them it was to much trouble.

Beautiful spacious room and beds. Great breakfast. Only downside was we were told to pay 1000 baht per day as security fee, which would be refunded at chekout. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking so we refused and only paid 1000 in total for 5 nights. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable. Property is a 20 min walk from main patong beach area. Kids play area is good, fitness centre was well-equipped.

The sea facing jacuzzi room was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience was great and relaxing, for example, the indoor waterfall.
