Great location, right by market square. Lovely big, comfortable rooms with lovely, well stocked bathroom. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great, with a selection of items that could be ordered (highly recommend the omelette!). The only slight downside is that the bar is not open every night which is a shame as the bar is very good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you x

Excellent location, right beside the harbour. My favourite part was the beautifully designed room, especially the flowing curtains and the elegant overall décor.

A great choice—clean, comfortable bed, excellent service, elegant breakfast in a beautiful, historic building next door & a perfect location. The famous market is right across the street. Tourist ferries, shops, restaurants, churches & the design district are also right there. The efficient trams/buses easily took us anywhere else we wanted to go. Hotel Haven is truly a cozy haven that enhanced our time in Helsinki!

The hotel is in a wonderful location in town right in the center of everything. We easily walked to restaurants and the market. A short walk to the water. The hotel was in excellent shape and our room had all the amenities. The bar was friendly and comfortable and we got a nice bar meal there. We stayed 3 nights and would stay here again if we come back to Helsinki,

We loved our stay at Hotel Haven. The location to the train station, city center, attractions and the harbor are perfect. The beautiful breakfast rooms were a highlight.

Great location. Really great. Attentive staff. Fair price. Clean rooms. Overall excellent. Except if you like to read in bed. Being a headlamp. Our upgraded room had nicely designed nightstand lights that were almost worthless for reading.
