훌륭해요 I didn't stay there personally, but my son and his friends did. They had no complaints about the hostel or location. The only complaints they had were that the beds were very uncomfortable, but it is a hostile, and that the outlets were loose and not working properly.

The staff is exceptionally helpful. We ordered Uber Eats during our 1st night. The food never came; however the front desk staff went above & beyond by checking their cc tv to see if the delivery person from Uber Eats came.
The room is very clean, spacious & comfortable. The air conditioner worked, the parking lot is ample, breakfast had a wide variety and the airport shuttle service was very prompt.
The hotel also had coffee, tea & hot water at your disposal.
We will definitely stay in Tru by Hilton Airport again.
Kudos to all your staff.

There was no bureau in my room. No place to put my clothes for a 4 night stay. A few clothes hangers in an open rack and a couple of hooks on the wall. WHAT?????
There was no suitcase stand in the room. I called the front desk to request one, or a small table or something to put our suitcases on, rather than the floor. Request denied.
There was one office type chair and a narrow bench for seating. Only half the bench had a cushion on it.
So we put our suitcases on the floor and dug around in them for 4 days like we were staying in a 1970's boarding house. Absolutely ridiculous.
Worst hotel experience I've ever had and I have traveled extensively. I will never ever stay in a TRU by HILTON ever again.

Variety of breakfast items that changed both days we stayed there.
Shuttle from the airport was easy to schedule.
Staff asked a few times if there was anything they could do to assist us during our stay.

Very clean, nice quiet rooms. Staff was friendly, good breakfast. Shuttle does not pick you up if you are going into Toronto on leisure.

This hotel was very nice. The shuttle from the airport was very convenient. The room was clean with lots of towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided. Check-in was easy and the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely. Highly recommend.
