Unit was in good condition, there was no shower soap unfortunately. The units could do with a good clean...especially the showers.

훌륭해요 Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff. Very friendly too. But the cleaners must just be going through the motions there as the toilet had pubic hair on it and the blanket in the cupboard was actually visibly dirty and since it was half folded into the original packaging it stunk too. I checked in at 1.15am or there abouts so had to make do with the dirty blanket.

The staff were friendly and the room set up was as needed. Unfortunately the rooms were not to the cleanliness standard that we had expected, so a little disappointing. The location was as expected and met our requirements for staying close by to family.

Unit was clean and tidy but furnishings in need of repair and bathroom window was not able to be opened. TV not working on day of arrival and had to be accessed using complicated process after IT person had been. Beyond baby boomer scope!

Property provided a convenient and comfortable overnight stay for business in Botany area. Arrived after check in time, but easy instructions provided for lock box. Only disappointment was no milk provided in the fridge.
