The breakfast and staff are always lovely. This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper). Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent.

Bathrooms are lovely. Location couldn’t be better.

My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

We recently stayed at Le Méridien Melbourne for two nights to celebrate a very special occasion, the birthdays of both my wife and daughter. I had reached out to the hotel well in advance to inform them of the double celebration, so I was a bit disappointed that the property didn’t do anything to acknowledge it during our stay. A small gesture would have gone a long way. Aside from that missed opportunity, everything else about our stay was great. The hotel itself is beautiful, the service was otherwise attentive, and the overall experience was excellent. It’s a wonderful property, but I do hope they pay a bit more attention to guest notes regarding special occasions in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel seemed to be well looked after and maintained. Rooms are spacious better than others. I’ve stayed in the CBD. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was exceptional from the lovely lady at check-in. The comfy room and decor. The perfect location. And the treats of bottle wine, gelato and late checkout. Oh plus the extensive breakfast options.

Check in and out was really easy, the staff were lovely, the room was wonderful - great shower!
