Hotel is immaculate, very clean and spacious. Pools were clean. Food was good. Quick and efficient check in and out. Amazing views from the upper pools. 10 mins walk to start of marina and about 25 min walk to the mall/grocery stores. 10$ cab ride to central area where there are tons of great restaurants. Beach is dead and not suitable for swimming. Medano beach not far. The only negative was that the main pool servers could have been a bit more attentive as we had to wait for service a few times. Also felt a bit ripped off as lots of service charges on everything even after tipping. I was also charged a ( apparently voluntary )15$ donation for something I only noticed after reviewing my final invoice. Overall great place, good vibe and great location.

My 13-year-old son and I really enjoyed our stay at Playa Grande Resort. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a kitchenette, a private balcony, and an ocean view (I believe all of the rooms have balconies with ocean views). The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. Although the beach isn’t swimmable, it’s absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the beach, watching the ocean, and enjoying the scenery. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. After two or three days, we felt it could have used a little more variety, but it was still enjoyable. The location is another plus. The marina is about a 15- to 30-minute walk, depending on where you’re going. If it’s too hot to walk, a taxi costs around $10–$15. Walmart is about a 30-minute walk (or around a $12 taxi ride), and we even saw other tourists bringing food from Costco. Médano Beach is also about a 30-minute walk, or about a $15 taxi ride if you’d rather not walk in the heat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

Breakfast each day was very, very nice. They accommodated me with vegan French toast, twice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything

We had very relaxing time. The swimming pools were great, the suite was very nice, clean and large with view of the sea and the pools. The food in restaurants were expensive but delicious and theme nights were pretty fun. The staff were very friendly, and overall enjoyed our stay very much.
