Helpful staff, checked in after midnight due to train delays

The staff were very kind, the check-in was fast, the bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the free water dispenser in the lobby so I could fill up my bottle each day. Thought that was a very nice feature. I would come again.

Room was a bit small and there were no coffee or water or any cups. A bit drastic economy room.

Very clean and fresh room No frills, but really convenient for the Fira conference centre and there was a huge mall just across the road Would stay here again!

It was a good experience, the front desk staff was always helpful. It was a little noise due a restaurant in PB, but everything else was perfect

We stayed here twice in 3 weeks and it was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is basic (beds and bathroom). No furniture, not even bedside table. That being said, it was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure and everything worked properly. The location is good, as it’s a short distance from the airport and the cruise ship port. Taxi’s are readily available and the staff called one to save us time. We also used uber, which showed up in a few minutes. Their rates are very reasonable and the restaurant next door is great (also with very reasonable rates and good food) and the perfect place to have morning coffee and breakfast. Barcelona Rocks!

Nice simple clean and secure

Provides basic services as advertised. Near airport metro.

Staff member Andrew was very helpful fixing a small issue in the room. Location is very convenience close to Gran Via2 shopping mall and a lot of restaurants and coffee shop to eat any time before 5-7pm. Pastry in hotel rest is a most. Thanks you

Malls are nearby. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Only issue is no chair or at least small table.
