Very good breakfast

Lovely spa with views friendly staff conveniently positioned for the Hauptbahnof

Really recommend Novotel by the train station. Literally steps out of the exit on the “safe side.” Cross at the crosswalk and you are there. Very very nice lobby, felt 5 star! Bar was fantastic, bar staff were super nice. We ate dinner in the bar area to watch the FIFA game, the weiner schnitzel was huge and the best one I had in Vienna! The room was fantastic too. At check out they held our bags in a secure room with ticket labeling. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying at this property. Right next to the central train station and within easy walking distance to shoes, restaurantes, and museums. The common areas are stylishly decorares and filled with light. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the e bed and linens were amazing. Would stay here again 100%

Super convenient if you're travelling by train and want somewhere close to the station. They gave a corner room so it would be quieter which was great, however weird view over train tracks- a city view would have been nicer. Though with electric trains not noisy :) There are eating options downstairs and you don't have to opt for the full breakfast, you can buy some food items at the cafe - but just check the hours it's open. Overall a pleasant stay and public transport options are so good in Vienna it's easy to get around and see all the wonderful things on offer.

Best place to stay for families near the main rail station.

Very well maintained room with new fixtures. We had some issue with the air conditioner which was fixed immediately after requesting. Hotel is extremely close to the hbf station. The station has plenty of food & shopping options. Checkout time is noon, which is great. They have spa, fitness room, breakfast ($21 per person), laundry service & bar which we did not use. My son left his necklace in the room while checking out. But the staff was very helpful in retrieving it when we remembered about it 3hrs after checkout. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Room and staff were excellent
