The hotel refused the check-in. I booked the hotel for 1 night for my friend. My friend is 18 years old and she had no problem check in other hotels before. But this time the Sabuy Best Hotel refused her check in and said it was because she was not 19 years old yet ( she was 18 at the time) with a very rude and angry voice to my friend. Of cause there was no refund or any gesture of being friendly (minimum requirement of hospitalisation industry) from the hotel. First time I am giving a hotel 1 star review because in deed they deserve it!

Clean and quiet room.

This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs.

Impressed with value for money. Staff were friendly. This was a one night stay as part of a longer trip. Great location to explore the lakefront area of Phayao.

このホテルはボーコーソーから歩いて行けます。（１０分位）ホテルの周りには食べるところがないので不便でしたが、少し歩けば、小さいデパートとか、コームーヤーンとソムタムの美味しいところがありました（ボーコーソーの近く） 朝食はタイスタイルのビュッフェで美味しかったが昼、夜は営業していません。 タラートも歩いて7~8分で行けるので朝食前に行きましたがとてもにぎやかでした。雨季でしたが雨が降らず日中はパヤオでも暑かった！

Nice and new hotel, near the lake with free bicycle to use. Hidden away from the main street.

Located in downtown, this hotel is in business district off of side street. Hotel is very simple in design with no particular amenities Interior appears newly refurbished. It is very clean and offers excellent value and includes breakfast.

Clean, friendly, well run hotel. Great Thai breakfast (also eggs and toast). Easy to walk everywhere, including lake, night market and bus station.
