Place was fine

The hotel location was fantastic! Close to bus and train stops. There is a grocery store around the corner and it’s close to historical sites. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Love how the toilet is separate from shower space.

The room is clean and spacey, everything works, the toilet i separated from bathroom. The staff is helpfull and fast, the breakfast was good, there's plenty of things to choose from. The room was silent so i really got some quality sleep overnight.

We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed three nights at Novotel Suites Berlin Potsdamer Platz in late June 2026 in a Standard Suite, Multiple Beds, Kitchenette room. Overall, we thought the location was great and the room seemed to be a good value. We loved that there were three sinks and the toilet was separate from the shower/bath. The wifi worked well. However, there were several things that could have been better. The weather was very hot and the room's air conditioning was woefully inadequate, so the room felt overly warm and stuffy. Opening the room's windows and door helped to address the stuffiness, but it was less than ideal due to street noise intruding throughout the night and lack of privacy with our door open (and we of course didn't sleep with the room door open). The elevator was exceptionally slow, using the hotel's parking garage was confusing (we ended up parking on the street two nights), and while the staff were generally friendly, they were pretty unhelpful at times.

Perfect location for Our Family

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, location close to the city center. What more can you ask?

Kind staff

The room was clean and fairly spacious, but the kitchen was disappointing. It did not have a stove or any cooking facilities, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in that regard. Another issue was the size of the property. Because it is so large, the wait times for the elevators were excessive, and we often ended up taking the stairs instead. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around.

The property is good for one to days max not for longer as

The room was spacious. The bathrooms were clean. However, there was a disgusting stain on the curtain. The ac wasnt cold enough and with the windows open it was too noisy to sleep. Additionally, the elevator capacity wasnt sufficient. 2 elevators isn't enough for the hotel of this size. The weight times were really long
