매우 훌륭해요 I was so glad that i booked this hotel. The location is so convenient. We were able to walk from Minakami station the hotel in 15 mins. They offer drop off at Jomo-Kogen station on the check out day. The front desk ladies are super nice and friendly. They did their best help me, answered my questions. Specially Urada (not sure if i spell it correctly)- She looks like a non-Japanese. She always smile when she see us and tried all her best to answer all my questions about food to skin cares. I think she is the one has better English than the others. The manager should give her a raise.
The room is so clean and look new. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute there. The food was good and a lot. We even skipped lunch, because the Japanese style breakfast was a lot. The hotel is close/walking distance to Family Mart and cute small coffee shops, handmade bread store. I tried the massage at the hotel. They come to your room. It was so relaxing. The room view was so nice. We sat outside balcony deep our feet in the tub and enjoyed the yellow/red leaves and listen to the water run

Stayed at Aratashi Minakami for 5 nights and it was incredible. The rooms are large and comfy. Spacious enough for 3 double beds and luggage!
Our package came with breakfast and dinner and every meal was gourmet level.
The private hot tub on the room balcony is a special touch and great for enjoying the sounds and view of the river below while soaking aching muscles after a day of snowboarding.
Well down Aratashi Minakami team! I’ll be back again!
