Even though the elevator was not working, the nice lady checking us in put us on the 2nd floor instead of the fifth floor as I have trouble walking up stairs. The apartment was lovely! Thank you

Excellent location and a very nice studio flat! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! We only stayed one night but very close to some lovely bars, restaurants & cafes, and the river. Would love to stay again for more than one night.

매우 훌륭해요 We enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is in the Chiado part of town and was a good location to get to many of the things we wanted to do.
There is excellent communication prior to the visit. There is not a regular check-in desk, but we were met at the front door and shown our room. They also provided us with some good restaurants to try in the city. We liked the two welcome beers and water in the room.
The bed was very comfortable and same with the pillows. We've been travelling for six weeks in Europe, comfort is not always a thing in beds. The shower works well, but is a little short. I am 5' 10" and I just fit under the shower head.
The room is a good size. There is a comfortable leather couch we used a lot. Air conditioning works very well. It was unseasonably hot and sticky in Lisbon when we stayed. Our room was a refuge against the heat.
I would ask for a second luggage rack when you stay. Nowhere to put a second bag.
The place is managed very well. Housekeeping is very efficient and can get you extras you need.

The place was nice overall, but street was under construction and hard to find building. Staff was friendly when they arrived. No front desk so at the mercy of someone coming to meet you and give keys, etc. We showed up an hour before check in and there was no where to leave our bags. We had to drag them to a local restaurant and wait.

Noise from the road was unacceptable, even with the door balcony appearing new, had a large gap meaning the noise travelled into the room all night up to 6am
