Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway. All in all, the hotel would be better priced at 300-600$/night max! Not worth over 1k/night, decently not worth the 2k+/night price we paid!

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff throughout the property were impeccable—friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and always willing to help. I can’t say enough about the location, which is ideal for exploring Nice and enjoying the waterfront.

Breakfast was served in the 6th floor of the hotel which had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. It was a beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service did not measure up to the setting. I had finished my buffet breakfast before I got my Americano coffee. We had dinner at the same location that evening and it was very slow in getting our drinks as well. Other than that, the service was excellent. The concierge was outstanding. But for a 5 star hotel you expect more efficient service in their dining facilities.

We stayed at Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel and had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the valet service and warm welcome from the staff set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. Walking through the beautiful lobby instantly gives you that classic Riviera charm, and it only gets better from there. We were kindly upgraded on arrival to a stunning room with an authentic Riviera feel, elegant, comfortable, and with amazing views. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond especially Rahmatullo. We loved the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay, Rahmatullo was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging everything late in the evening for us. We completely fell in love with Nice, the hotel, the views, and the entire atmosphere. We will 100% be returning and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
