NO customer service at all.
Second day didn't change the towels and pick up the dishes, the room service came washed de dishes in our bathroom without soap and threw the towel on the floor, left laughing.
No customer service at the front desk either.

Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English.

The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is great. Only 10 min walk to the center. Very close to markets and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Avlabari metro station. Very clean rooms with balcony and great spread of breakfast including cereals, variety of eggs, breads, fruits, juices, cakes and what not. Friendly staff and very helpful. Highly recommended.
