Air conditioning A/C restrictions! Lowest setting was 21 Celsius! And when the maid either cleans in the morning or turns down in the evening she turns it up to 25 Celsius!
Even after complaining and they adjusted the A/C to turn down to 19 it was still hot! 19 was perfect at the prior stays.
Sheets and pillows and beds are identical to 3 star hotels.
The view: amazing!
Location: fantastic
I have traveled Europe, central and South America. And this is the first time staying at a hotel with such a restrictive air conditioner!

Really loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pools were not huge but lovely. We loved the smaller, upper pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean but a bit dated. The only issue is that the shower attachments in the bath are on a weird angle so you have to shower in a corner!
The breakfast had loads of choices and gluten free options. We only ate at one of the restaurants once as we wanted to explore, it was great and fairly reasonably priced. We'd definitely be back.

The hotel was a great location for our stay. Amazing views of the sea. A nice casual walk to some solid local restaurants. The restaurant onsite was fantastic, along with the other amenities. Great staff with lots of energy. The Cave Bar was a nice touch.

만족해요 For the price, place was nothing special, would’ve rather stayed at another location for 1/2 the price. Some staff were pleasant while others were not. Some staff not helpful at all. Hot tub only warm water, asked the pool guy, he’s said “I don’t know”. They offer pillow options, called front desk 5 min before 10pm and he said housekeeping off at 10, “so just use pillows in your closet”. Elevator on last day not working. Would expect better experience for a higher end hotel.
