Young man at check in was very helpful and took care of us. Property is very clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent and location is perfect for stroll and shopping. Quiet at night. Very nice stay and would DEFINITELY return.

This property is in a fantastic location right along the river, with a beautiful mountain backdrop and a lively street that's perfect for an evening stroll. It's within walking distance of plenty of dining options, from local street food vendors to excellent restaurants. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. We especially loved the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the river. The bathroom included a bidet, but keep in mind that toilet paper should not be flushed, as it can clog the plumbing. The hotel also offers a very convenient private airport pickup service, which made our arrival stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to visit Zhangjiajie National Park, as it's only about 15 minutes away.

Typical old Chinese building with old architecture very unique property to stay at close to water

What a beautiful hotel, we were welcomed warmly by the staff from the airport ( pick-up was free) and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was also upgraded for free. We loved our stay in the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. 😊

Love the location and friendly staff. Had a great time. Staff were very accommodating and we felt like kings and queens staying here.

Enchanting and spacious rooms, truly as advertised in the “old Chinese” style. Staff is extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was excellent, fresh made every morning before you show up to the dinning area. Great service by the host
