Bathroom

I reserved a non-smoking room, they put me in a room that had been used as a smoking room prior, it reeked. There were cigarette burns all over the furniture and cigarette burn holes in the bedding. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, especially on check-in. They refused to let me store my luggage there prior to check in. When I tried to explain to the woman that I was told I could store luggage prior to check-in. She simply walked away from me. Horrible people.

They refused to allow me to store my luggage until check in. The woman at check-in was extremely rude and treated me like I was trash. She walked away from me ignoring my questions and requests. They put me in a smoking room even though I had reserved a nonsmoking room. The room stank and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedding and burns all over the furniture. This place is a total dump and the staff are horrible people.

Extra fees when you don’t check out and pay online the night beforehand. Just a heads up. The keycards never work correctly. Ice machine is broken. Staff is okay. Just no Effs given

Most respectable, professional, business oriented and courteous team. We’ve used them for years and wouldn’t recommend a better team. Don’t let the price shy you away, compared to heavier hotels!

For the price it was ok. No major issues. Would stay here again if needed.

It’s very outdated, walls dirty, shower pressure was low and I was given a dirty towel what looked like was stepped on or dropped outside my mistake and was still put in the room for the guest to use. Sketchy people are staying there too so I wasn’t comfortable at all but you get what you pay for. This was a last minute booking but I would definitely not come back here. As for staff they’re just there for a check not rude but not welcoming either.

I liked this property it’s near to our house I had a company repair my house foundation and we needed a place to stay for one week it was nice thank you
