그저 그래요 Worst hotel experience ever and will be writing to Hyatt corporate over this exoerience. We travel A TON and will likely never stay at a Hyatt ever again.
The place smelled like trash when we arrived, the staff was very poorly trained and abraisive. Best advice, go somewhere else.

그저 그래요 The room itself was nice and clean, but the staff was so rude when we checked in. We had to pay to park in their parking tower, and when asked since we were staying there, parking should be included, the lady answered rudely that it says it on the website, which, mind you, I went back and checked. No, it doesn’t say anything about paying for parking, and she’s added if we didn’t like it, then we were more than welcome to leave later that night. I went downstairs to ask for towels for the pool. There again, I got a rude answer from a different lady saying towels were by the pool when I informed her the cabinet was empty. I got told, “Well, I don’t have any towels up front. I’ll get maintenance to go drop some.” Well, they never showed up.

훌륭해요 Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was how thin the extra blanket was. I reserved a stay for 3 adults and the pull out bed was used. However , the blanket they provided for the pull out bed was so thin that one of our guests was unable to sleep due to being cold.
