Didn’t get a chance to use the amenities but the location was great, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was incredibly hospitable!

This hotel is unique— it has its own identity influenced by Mexican modernism. My room and dining spaces were all beautiful. The rooftop pool offers stunning views but it is much smaller than the photos suggest, and an odd shape — so not suitable for lap swimming. I found the hotel a bit confusing in terms of its organization— it is joined at the hip with the Mondrian Hotel, which has its front desk on the ground floor. You take a disorienting but beautiful trip on escalator to the Andaz front desk, which is hidden behind a curvilinear screen. It’s all done to a very high standard and its quirky qualities are appropriate for Mexico City. I had my dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. Highly recommended!

Good breakfast. Rooms are small and get a lot of street noise on lower levels. Could use some maintenance. Our bathroom door was crooked.

Excellent property in a really nice location with great access to what the city has to offer. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, and there are plenty of options within walking distance if you want to try something different. Don't miss the food at the Cabuya rooftop restaurant. The rooms were very well appointed and we go fantastic and friendly service. I would definitely return if I were to make another trip to CDMX. Thank you to Andaz for a memorable stay!

Clean room friendly staff great service great food

Excellent hotel, located in a historical mid-century building. The staff is professional and courteous, attentive to the needs of the guests. The property is located in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood with easy access to top- line restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommended.

The pool was not available be casue booked for an event as well as the bar/ restaurant near the pool. For somebody that decided on the hotel because of the pool it was not a good experience. The spa though - I highly recommend the massage - 10/10!
