매우 훌륭해요 It was awesome! Upon arrival they greeted us at the door and carry our language once in the check in desk they provided us with refreshing water, it was delicious. Personal is very attentive to guess questions and needs. When we were checking out, the lady on the desk call an Uber for us. Excellent hotel, location and personal.

The property and rooms were very well maintained. The hotel is about a three minute walk to the beautiful Plaza de Armas where there are restaurants, shops, or you can simply relax and enjoy the scene. Highly recommend this hotel as it is centrally located.

Jose Luis was very helpful and kind as well as the rest of the staff we never got to meet Francis our guest keeping but she did an amazing job. Everything was very delicious to breakfast and lunch and everything at a walkable distance. Great staff and customer service and it smelled nice as well.
