Good

Beautiful room. Easy walk into Grand World and free shuttle to Vin Wonders. Had interconnecting rooms which is great for families. Included breakfast was lovely and has plenty of options.

Brilliant property. Excellent connectivity. Great amenities.

Room was very basic but was overall ok. Bed was hard. Very limited English and the comprehension of staff was hard. Limited drinks and pool closed early at 7:30pm. Resort ran out of a lot of basic stuff like pepsi. Close to mini mart across the road but Grand world itself was very underwhelming. Needs to be more exclusive shops and eateries

very nice hotel too stay

By the look of the exterior and lobby of the hotel, it is a five star worthy resort. The room itself is not as luxurious. The room furnitures show signs of wear & tear. The bed is one of hardest bed, and it hurts my back. The shower drain is also cloggng, and it drains slowly. There are no hair conditioner nor body lotion. The pool is nice, not too busy and not much chemicals in the water. We have free breakfast and bottle water. The only dinning room is huge, with two service buffet areas. The food is above average. Vinholiday provided us free unlimited Vinbus. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Free bus to night market and shopping. We enjoyed the bus rides. We even used it to Sunset town (half way). We also enjoyed the discounted tickets to VinSafari and VinWonder. The free shuttle runs every half hour. We had to fight our way on the last bus after VinWonder water show. Human sardines on the last bus back to the hotel. We also like the beach and the Grand World area. We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast.

Front desk staff were exhausted at times due to some of the counterproductive hotel policies which means everyone has to check in twice as they are not allowed to check anyone in before 3pm. They were apologetic and polite but many other customers seemed frustrated and it also meant There was always a constant queue and they didn’t seem to have many breaks as it was always the same front desk staff during our stay. Pros: they offer a 10% discount on your vin tickets. The bar staff are wonderful, friendly and make a great cocktail! We really recommend and enjoyed our conversations. (The food wasn’t great. Night caps only!) Cons: I suggest you use your check in day to arrive early and buy your vinwonders or safari ticket on day of arrival as on day of departure (even if it’s early in the morning) they won’t provide you with the 10% discount they offer which we had purchased before. We didn’t want to do the two parks in the same day (the safari isn’t feasible for most people unless you buy fast passes) and it closes at 4pm. They really have to be done on two separate days. The breakfast buffet was very hectic and unenjoyable. A lot of people pushing to get food an tea (there is usually a second buffet in the back of the area) and suggest you go for that one unless it’s close to the end of the buffet time. They are missing hot tea refills and milk so that is difficult if you need your morning caffeine. I wouldn’t book more than two days at this resort.
