Some issues with first rooms, worked out on the last night - nice place to stay.

Check in the attendant didn’t tell us anything about resort facilities restaurants, wifi etc. we had to ask every question When we checked in our room wasn’t cleaned properly, dirty tissue on the floor, sand through the wardrobe. Duty manager wasn’t helpful a cleaner came up and cleaned the mess however there was still sand I had to clean myself. The following evening some courtesy fruit for the not properly cleaned was left. Frankly a poor offering as fruit wasn’t overly fresh Cleaner that seemed to wonder around the bottom looked like he did a better job than those who cleaned the room. Nowhere near enough lounges near pool and sign said no reserving lounges but people left for hours and kept their chairs. To make matters worse the hotel reserved one of the cabanas we were at the pool from 11-3.30 and during that time the reserved sign was on the cabana with no guest to use it in sight. Our last night before check in was like the cleaner didn’t even make the bed. They also ran out of umbrellas very early in the night seem to lack a lot of basics especially for a location where it rains often I felt for the price we paid it wasn’t value for money.

Great location and hotel….

The hotel was beautiful! The views were amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the property was very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay here. We will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent location and resort great views

Absolutely lovely property, with attentive staff. Booked a family interconnecting seaview room. Plenty of space with a great balcony in each room. Our family enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with the view over the water, the gym, lap pool and easy access to local restaurants. We would definitely return to stay. Highly recommend.

Overall the hotel and the staff were great. Food and drink options were also great. The location and proximity to things to do in Cairns were fantastic. We rented a car to get around. But we only got it so that we can drive out to Port Douglas, and maybe just around town. But you definitely don't need one. If you do rent A car know that the parking right outside of the hotel is free. No need to pay for additional parking. If I had to have one critique, it would be that the pictures on the website are misleading from the height of the Tower hotel rooms. It could be that it was during a certain time of year but the perceived ocean views were more like mud views with ocean behind the mud. I would definitely stay here again no ifs, andsc or buts about it.

Superb room. Great location overlooking a beautiful swimming pool and the esplanade and the sea. Close to restaurants and the bayside walk.

Room in the tower had mouldy smell. Curtains had few dirty spots. Amenities not friendly. Didn’t feel value for money. Staff were friendly. Pool was beautiful.

Nice hotel. Good location.
