Really enjoyed my stay with Kokotel. Staff was amazing and was in a central area of Krabi that allowed for everything to be a very quick drive or walk without being in the middle of the chaos directly in the beach area. Loved the experience and time spent here.

Great place to stay.

No welcome, No one is for Luggage transfers to room , no smart tv , no elevator from lobby for back side building No water bottle No black coffee available in room

Awful hotel, felt more like a prison then a hotel room, never stayed in such a dive in my life, unfortunately was also ill when staying here for two nights so didn’t even feel like I could change hotel, how on earth it has an 8.8 rating is beyond me. You couldn’t pay me to stay at that place again. don’t believe the pictures that are on Expedia. Also air conditioning didn’t really work and made an awful noise like it was going to fall off the wall. Avoid this place at all cost!

The staff were great. The hotel was a run down and very old. The bathroom was shocking and not so clean. I booked based on the rating of 8.8 it definitely is not worth that at all. The photos online are very deceiving and the bed was as hard as a rock.

The bed is very hard, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, long check-in process, weird architecture of the hotel makes you climb down to the stairs which can be difficult if you have heavy bags. Ao Nang beach is a min 20 min walk, which is fine but it has uphills and downhills on the way. They do have shuttle service to drop you at the Kokotel Ao Nang branch, but that runs only 5 times a day, so not really helpful if your timing doesn’t match

The room was ok, had poor craftsmanship in the bathroom and generally around the room. Front door to room had a gap you could see hallway. Excellent service and breakfast.

Clean room and friendly staff

Parking is terrible! We had to park on the side building. Very narrow streets. Not worth THB 3.000.00 a night.
