The room was convenient, the location was superb inside the forest but the staff inside the spa was rude and arrogant. We were not told that it was a “non swinsuit” day at the spa and forced to get out when we did not take out our swimming suit. That is not acceptable at a hospitable facility and a free country!

The spa is amazing!

Overpriced stay, staff unprepared to answer basic questions. Parking is €25 per day though staff unable to say if this is for 24 hours or upon entering the Parking until midnight. Nobody know including staff. Staying with hotel doesn't grant you access to facilities and have to pay to use. Overall very disappointed fpr the money I paid for staying.

Great hotel i would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family as the staff was so helpful and friendly! We received a upgraded room and the facilities were great with a large swimming pool and massages available. Multiple tennis courts and the breakfast was perfect in the morning with a good variety

The pools were closed while we were there so we didn’t go into the spa facilities. Our room had a large bathtub which was perfect. The park area around the hotel is lovely nature and it is a short walk to the tram station to go into the city.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The Wellness provides the perfect Dutch spa experience.

My stay at Hotel & Wellness Zuiver was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. You can tell they truly care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The spa is amazing and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a long day in Amsterdam. The pools, saunas, and wellness areas are top-tier and feel like a true luxury experience. Another thing that really impressed me was the gym. It’s surprisingly large for a hotel and very well equipped. There are plenty of machines, free weights, and space to work out, and there are actually things to do beyond just basic cardio. It felt more like a full fitness club than a typical hotel gym. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of great service, an incredible spa, and excellent fitness facilities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam who wants both relaxation and a great place to stay.
